The interior has an industrial feel, with exposed rock feature walls, a metal staircase and artistic light fixtures. The colour scheme features rich tones that create a welcoming and inviting space. With plenty of space for family or friends, the apartment offers two TV lounges, dining for eight guests and a fully equipped kitchen.
Both lounges have fireplaces, to ensure that the apartment is comfortable all year round. Foldaway doors in the dining room open onto a patio with a lovely outdoor dining area and swimming pool. Both of the bedrooms have luxurious King-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. There are also air-conditioning units in both rooms to ensure comfort all year round.
Upstairs, the rooftop terrace provides the perfect outdoor space for entertaining. With outdoor dining, comfortable seating and exceptional views, you can dine al fresco or simply enjoy drinks while catching up with friends. Within walking distance of the apartment there are a number of restaurants, shops and bars. Alternatively a short car ride can take you to the Table Mountain Cableway, V & A Waterfront or to the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.
Our villas are normally rented on a Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday basis throughout the year, however this can vary. Please enquire with one of our team for the details of a specific villa. Odd durations and weekend trips are available, but this is at the discretion of the owner.
Check in times are normally 3pm with departure times set at 10am. However this does vary for some villas. Arrivals and departures at different times can be arranged but at the discretion of the owner and the management team, please ask a member of staff.
