The master bedroom with a bay window, queen size bed and air conditioner, has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. It is situated at the front of the house, overlooking the front patio, with a view. Bedroom three has two single beds and a dedicated bathroom. This rooms also has French doors leading out onto the back patio.
Just off the back patio is the third bedroom, known as The Garden Room. This bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Although at the back of the house, this room has an excellent view. The fourth bedroom is entered from the side of the house. It is open plan with a lounge area, with two sleeper couches, flat screen HD TV, with DSTV and a DVD player, bedroom area with a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The cozy living room has ample seating with a flat screen TV, entertainment system and DSTV. The dining area has the original Victorian fireplace and table that can seat 12 people.
The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and sliding doors which open onto the back patio and entertainment area. The back patio entertainment area is a wonderful wind free area with gas braai and patio furniture. The laundry has a washing machine and tumble dryer and bar fridge. There is also an alarm system linked to Avenue Security, and the house offers one lock up garage and one off street parking.
Our villas are normally rented on a Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday basis throughout the year, however this can vary. Please enquire with one of our team for the details of a specific villa. Odd durations and weekend trips are available, but this is at the discretion of the owner.
Check in times are normally 3pm with departure times set at 10am. However this does vary for some villas. Arrivals and departures at different times can be arranged but at the discretion of the owner and the management team, please ask a member of staff.
